PixelmonGenerations Mod, the PixelmonGenerations website and all the related assets are the exclusive properties of PixelmonGenerations. In using this mod, or any other relevant content from this website, you agree to be legally bound by the following terms. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all of the following terms then please do not access and/or use “PixelmonGenerations Mod”, in any way. We may change these at any time and we’ll do our utmost in informing you, though it would be prudent to review this regularly yourself as your continued usage of “PixelmonGenerations Mod” after changes mean you agree to be legally bound by these terms as they are updated and/or amended.
Using PixelmonGenerations Mod for Minecraft To use the PixelmonGenerations Mod (hereinafter "The Mod", "Mod") on a client, you must have a legitimate, valid Mojang account (Formerly Minecraft account), to which you would have already agreed to the Mojang/Minecraft EULA. Accounts are not associated with us in anyway, nor do we have any control over them. You must obtain your account from the official Mojang website to play. The Mod uses UUIDs ingame for saves and ID to name association, hence attempting to circumvent Mojangs authentication system will likely result in the mod not functioning properly. We will not address this, nor acknowledge it as an issue.
To use The Mod on a server, you must agree to the Mojang EULA regardless of owning a Mojang account or not. When using PixelmonGenerations on a server, you must state that the server is not affiliated with Mojang AB (As per the Minecraft terms), and you must also note that you hold no affiliation with the PixelmonGenerations Mod development team, website or overhead company. We will not take any responsibility for any breach of terms or lawful wrongdoing from public servers, and will, as necessary, provide information to Mojang AB, hosting companies or law enforcement agencies for such acts as requested.
The PixelmonGenerations Website Our website is powered by Wordpress. The Wordpress software only facilitates internet based discussions, Wordpress is not responsible for what we allow and/or disallow as permissible content and/or conduct. You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any laws be it of your country, the country where “PixelmonGenerations Mod” is hosted or International Law. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, with notification of your Internet Service Provider if deemed required by us. The IP address of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that “PixelmonGenerations Mod” have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should we see fit. Distribution Distribution of this mod is only permitted to the PixelmonGenerations Mod website, via our downloads page. Redistribution in any form, whether it be public or private modpack, alternate download link, direct download link to the software, or downloading from any location not defined by Pixelmon Mod via the downloads page is strictly prohibited. The administration team reserve the right to define redistribution as they please. Failure or refusal to adhere to this is a violation of PixelmonGenerations Mod intellectual rights, and will be defended either with removal of access to the mod at download, or in severe or larger cases, legal action may be taken.
Alteration Do not alter any compiled version of The Mod in any way.
Log Files We use IP addresses to analyse trends, administer the site, track user’s movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. Additionally, for systems administration, detecting usage patterns and troubleshooting purposes, our web servers automatically log standard access information including browser type, access times/open mail, URL requested, and referral URL. This information is not shared with third parties and is used only within this Company on a need-to-know basis.
